There will only be a small and limited amount of hours available for your employment. During regular business hours, you may not be at any PC to game or do leisure work. You may not spend time on social media on your phone while staffing. I am an "at will" employee and my employment can be terminated at any time for any reason without warning or advance notice. You are expected to clean the PC stations after customers leave. You are to clean and stock the restroom whenever it needs servicing. I understand that Dreamlab Gaming deploys advanced CCTV Video and Audio monitoring systems at all times (24/7) and is viewed by Blackwater Securities Team, LLC. at all times. I understand that there is no reasonable expectations of privacy at the facility with the exception of the restroom. Any footage or audio that is recorded of me can and will be used against me in Civil, City, State, or Federal United States court. You are to acknowledge and follow orders from management and staff that outrank you. Not doing so will result in your termination. You understand not to troubleshoot anything that you are not familiar with. You may not touch the network, server, or other core infrastructure unless directly advised to do so. You may not talk poorly about other employees, customers, staff, sponsors, businesses, competitors, and others. You may not be late, you may not leave early, and you must be punctual for your shift. You may not harass, cause issues, put down, or otherwise act in a way that is offensive to others. You may not "play for free" or allow others to "play for free" You may not give away any food, drinks, supplies, or prizes to anyone unless it is approved by management. If someone attempts to deceive you or socially engineer you, you understand to let them know you cannot make that decision and that you will need to call your manager.
